The OGG file is setup with LOOPSTART and LOOPLENGTH in the tags.
The WAV format are two files per theme: One with LP (LOOPABLE) and without (NOT loopable). The one that's not loopable should be at the beginning. Use an audio editor to mix and match the files. All LP files start and end with the same sound so you can put any LP file after another. The ending starts with the same sound as the ending of each LP file.
